HSCC/ICCPS 2026

HSCC/ICCPS 2026 will be a collaboration between two premier conferences in the Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) community. For the first time, the International Conference on Hybrid Systems: Computation and Control (HSCC) and the ACM/IEEE International Conference on Cyber-Physical Systems (ICCPS) will operate as a unified event with parallel sessions, joint keynotes, and a common program committee, while maintaining their distinct identities and publication venues. We are additionally providing a formal space to an existing emphasis by joining forces with the Autonomous Systems Design (ASD) Initiative which has been hosted at the DATE conference for the past 5 years, thus creating  a third scientific pillar on AI-enabled Autonomy.

The combined conference will accept papers in three tracks:

  • Foundations
  • Systems and Applications
  • AI-enabled Autonomy

In particular, the AI-enabled Autonomy track invites submissions that focus on the foundations and applications of artificial intelligence techniques to all aspects of Cyber-Physical Systems including design, verification and deployment.

Authors will choose a track and a conference proceedings where they wish their papers to appear (either HSCC proceedings by ACM or ICCPS proceedings by IEEE) during submission time. Papers will be reviewed by a single, unified program committee that will bring forth expertise in many areas of CPS.

The conference itself will consist of parallel tracks and a semi-plenary speaker, continuing traditions established in past HSCC/ICCPS conferences.

This “pre-merger” transitional structure will apply to the 2026 version of these conferences (unified submission, review process and multi-track conferences but distinct proceedings) before a planned “full merge” in 2027. The full merge structure will be a combined conference with a single name and proceedings while retaining the three distinct tracks. Details for the full merge will be presented during CPS-IOT Week 2026.

HSCC/ICCPS 2026 will be part of the 19th Cyber Physical Systems and Internet-of-Things Week (CPS-IoT Week), and co-located with the International Conference on Cyber-Physical Systems (ICCPS), Information Processing in Sensor Networks (IPSN), the Real-Time and Embedded Technology and Applications Symposium (RTAS), Conference on Internet-of-Things Design and Implementation (IOTDI), and related workshops.

CPS-IoT Week 2026 will be held at the Saint Malo, France
